Sense 2 won't start after battery ran out

Hi, 

I recently ran out of battery while using my fitbit sense 2 and now, after I charged, it only shows the loading page. The vibrate when I touch the button is working, but it does nothing. I tried the 20s hold to restart, and didn't work. Left it to run out of battery again, also didn't work.

I'm sorry you've had this issue and while checking your details, I noticed that you already contacted our Support team. Because you have a case created, I'd suggest keeping an open communication with them so you can receive assistance.

@oneinamillion Thanks for joining this thread and trying some steps to get your watch working. Just to confirm, does the screen turn on when pressing the button? Do you see a green light on the back? Since you've tried the restart process, let me recommend syncing with the Fitbit app and changing the clock face to see if that changes anything.
