Sense 2 won't sync anymore

  • Fit will not sync to phone it says local permission required help

Hi @Hinnyholly - check your phone has Bluetooth and location enabled  and internet access (over WiFi or mobile data) and also check the Fitbit App permissions in the phone, Apps, settings.

 

Also if it is a temporary hiccup, restarting both watch and phone may sort it.
