Sense 2 won't turn on when a notification comes in

I Just bought Fitbit sense 2 coming from the first Fitbit sense.

Why doesn't the watch screen "wake up" when I receive a notification and show me the content (of the notification) as it did with fitbit sense 1, but it only vibrates?

I have to rotate my wrist to see the notification or turn on the watch with the button.. Anyone can help? I tried to change the lock screen but nothing. Thank you in Advance

Hi @Glob99 - the watch has a new operating system and lots of things work differently and not as you may like or expect, some of the features and clock faces you had on the Sense won't be found on the Sense 2, which doesn't support additional apps.

Did you know if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.

It may still be possible to get another Sense in the shops or online, and make absolutely sure your old watch was faulty too. If it simply wasn't charging for instance it could merely be a fault with the charge cable.
