Sense 2 won't turn on

My Sense 2 won't turn but it does vibrate. I don't see any damage to the charger or Fitbit. I have charged it for 30 minutes or longer and I have cleaned it. I have held the button for 10 seconds but I don't see the Fitbit logo coming up. I'm at a lost as to what to do.

Thanks for letting me know the steps that you've tried so far. You've done a great job! Given this situation, let's try changing the clock face to see how it behaves afterward. If it starts working, you can change it back to the one you were using before.

By the way, please make sure the Fitbit app and your watch are updated to the latest version, as this will ensure their performance.
