Sense Sensors Not Working

Sense 2 not registering sleep. Erratic, no SP02 data, sleep data. I do have insomnia but know when I am sleeping. Very disappointed with this tracker. The original fit bit worked better. What can be done to send it in for repair.

Hi @Barry1223 - these issues are more likely due to the various bugs in the new V4 Fitbit App, in particular losing connection.

Try logging out of the Fitbit App and restart the watch before bed. In the morning sync fully and wait and sync again.

I have moved your post to the Sense 2 forum.

Mine completely sucks. 2 weeks ago I ran on the treadmill and outside for a total of 7 miles. The peek heart rate that day measured 44 minutes. Today I lifted weights and walked the treadmill to find out what would happen. Today it measures and hour and 54 minutes of peak cardio. Clearly non-functional with no help in sight. Fitbit is owned by Google now and they straight don't care.

These issues still exist. The sensor light that I assume also turn red for tracking are not. The fitbit and Google plan for our community was terribly formulated. The hype of now with Google is a farce. I just want someone to tell me how this gets fixed with Google at the helm.

@Barry1223 - when you swipe the watch face left and tap on steps, it will open the Today app.

Check that the heart rate is registering and if not restart the watch and check again.

It is not enough to check the lights, because if you place the watch face down there will be no lights, for instance.

If you get no HR when the watch is charged and worn a few minutes it may be faulty or require a factory reset.

You can always chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support for more help.
