Sense will not sync

After more than 10 years with Fitbit I’m about to give up completely and go elsewhere. 
I have tried ALL the troubleshooting suggestions several times over the last 3-days and my Sense will not sync to the app on my iPhone or iPad. I’ve restarted my phone and device, uninstalled/reinstalled the app countless times but syncing still only gets about a quarter of the way thrn stops. 
What is going on? Looking at previous post this issue has been happening for over a year but ‘Reply’ has been disabled on the posts! 😡

If this is what happens when Google take something over I’m done! I’ve got better things to do with my time than trying to fix a currently unfixable problem because they’ve screwed with the app!!!!
