Sense2 call connection issue

I really hope someone can help. My sense2 connects fine with my iPhone but I cannot get the sense2 calls to connect at all. I have tried restarting both devices, the app shows it as all set up but it’s not. Any ideas would be much appreciated

Hi @LukeLCFC - the Sense 2 calls Bluetooth doesn't stay connected, it is only used during a call.

The phone must be nearby and syncing for a call to show on the watch, if the Fitbit App loses connection it won't appear.

Try a manual sync and with the Fitbit App open on the phone receive a call to check it's working.

Hi, thanks for getting back. No joy unfortunately, nothing comes through whether it be texts or calls 😞 and I stayed on the Fitbit app too. It’s strange because it connected for about 2 minutes after I factory reset everything. Do you have any other suggestions? Thanks

@LukeLCFC - try removing any Bluetooth entries for the watch from the phone and Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on or other watches.

Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync. Then try again.

You may need to go to the Fitbit App device/account (Connected to) page and Add more devices, select your watch and replace, then ensure notifications and calls are correctly setup again.

In the end I had to uninstall the Fitbit app and reinstall it. It then seemed to have more options on the app associated with notifications such as allowing Instagram and WhatsApp notification's which it didn’t previously. I then allowed share notifications via Bluetooth on the info icon next to sense2  which was switched off, restarted the phone and then it worked.

just in case anyone else struggles with this.
