Sense2 not responding

Since update I have time and weather and nothing else. I’ve restarted and tried several different wearing options and syncing. Nothing is working. Please help.

Sounds like it might be an app issue.  When you wear the watch, is it still counting steps or any other stats?

It is recording steps but not accurately or consistently.

I had to do a factory reset and don’t update it again, cause it will give you that option. There’s something wrong with the firmware update and it’s causing a ton of problems!

I did a factory reset without the update and that fixed all the problems. Lost all the past data but at least it’s working again. Thanks for all your help.
