SpO2 firmware

I have the same problem as a number of people on this forum...  I am able to see that the SpO2 app is installed on the phone app. I am not able to see any of actual data on my phone or real-time measurement.  My watch, however does NOT show the SpO2 app available.  There doesn't seem to be tile that I can add either.  I know it's tracking because I see the results of SpO2 when I am sleeping.

Is.this a firmware issue that will be fixed by the update, that I don't have access to?  Or is this a watch problem and I need to return it...

Are all Sense 2 unable to show real-time SpO2?

My Sense 2 and Fitbit experience has been very frustrating... There are a few other things that don't seem available or not working right on watch... And support for these issues has been even more frustrating and confusing.  Support will ask me to click on things that don't exist on my phone app screen.  I really want/need an in person conversation to show them my issues/problems and have it fixed... Or I am just going to say THAT'S IT, it's going back... And never again

@Ehughs   I'm sorry for any misunderstanding, but no Fitbit gives you real time SpO2.  The SpO2 sensor is only active at night.  The app reports your average SpO2 in the Health Metrics app.  It is available on your Sense 2 in your Today stats.  It is normal behavior for it to take an hour for your SpO2 to appear in your Health Metrics.  It can take longer to show on the device itself.
