Sense2 not updating steps per hour

Hi,

I did the new update the end of November and since then my 250 step neater isn’t updating correctly and sometimes the app on phone is freezing when I try to scan food! Help this is a new Sense2 and my 2nd one, I’m not so happy with it at the moment, please help & inform me as how to proceed.

I think it is keeping track of 250 steps correctly internally; just the phone app display sometimes doesn't update display correctly.  I find it often will correct itself if I just tap the left arrow back to display yesterday, then right arrow back to today and it redraws correctly usually, hopefully.

No help on food scanning - I don't do that.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Did you figure it out? Mine does the same and  using the arrow to show yesterday is not helping either. It takes days sometimes till the steps actually appear on n the app. All started end November with the last update.
