The silver bands have come off my sense 2. Not sure if I can get it fixed. I bought it Nov 2022. This is crazy, I seem to have to get a new Fitbit every 2 years

Hi @Cjlyons, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums.
Thank you for sharing all these details about the inconvenience you've been having with your Sense 2 and for confirming that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps.
I've been informed that you were able to get in touch with the Customer Support team for further assistance with this. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.

Yeah they said it’s not under warranty. Frustrating since I have been through so many of these watches. This one I got Nov 22.

We should form a club. I see many examples of this on the forum.

Hello guys, thanks for getting back to me and joining this thread. @honkerdown @Cjlyons
As I mentioned before, the only way to handle any issue that needs to be reviewed to get a replacement is through our Support team. Please note that we have to adhere to our Warranty Policies, but you can always contact them again and try to find an alternative solution.

@EstuardoFitbit the reason people are coming to the forums is to discuss Fitbit's products and services. In the case of the metal bands falling off, neither are satisfactory to the users.

I would attempt to glue them back on. I know it's not ideal but if it's not under warranty it may save anyone having to buy a new device.
