Hello everyone,
Just lately I've noticed my Sense 2 locks out either Sleep or Do not disturb not allowing myself to use Always on display and as we know that's handy.
Some have said here doing a factory reset will render your Sense 2 useless, this isn't true. Please do a factory reset to fix this , you just need a strong wi-fi signal and keep the Sense 2 on charge. I find deleting the unit on the app and redoing a search, if at first the search doesn't work keep trying, usually 3 times for myself. From there all sorts out and I don't lose previous data stored.
Just later I've noticed it only locks out at bedtime around 9 to 10 pm. I usually leave it now as it automatically corrects itself whilst I'm asleep and I don't need the Always on display on whilst I'm dreaming away .
I hope Fitbit do sort this out as people will choose another brand. I still love my Sense 2 .

HI @JustDaz - thanks for reporting the solution. You are correct the only way to resolve the locked Sleep/Do not Disturb bug is a factory reset but there a couple of things to be aware of.
Users in the EEA may not be able to reload all the stuff they had from before the factory reset, they can only load Fitbit stuff.
The watch has a configurable Sleep schedule [in Settings] which can be set to send the watch to sleep at night time, of your choice.
If you are happy charging more regularly when using the Always On display that is fine, though there are other options, if you need to see the time, that can be used on some clock faces and in Settings. Make sure you have Quick view enabled in the Fitbit App, it is often sufficient, so that when you look at the watch it comes on [when not in Sleep or button only mode].
