What can I say? My old Sense did very well, but whatever you have done to the Sense 2 and related software has screwed it totally.Missing sleep scores

Welcome back to the Fitbit Community, @Iain_L. Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the sleep score in your Sense 2.
If you see sleep stages but don’t see a sleep score:
- Note that it may take a few minutes for your sleep score to appear.
- Update the Fitbit app to the latest version. For instructions, see How do I use the Fitbit app?
- Double check you're wearing the Sense 2 correctly when sleeping.
- Restart the Sense 2.
Let me know how it goes, please.

Chris, thanks for the reply. I have tried those steps several times already.
I’m afraid I think this area is so poorly executed, particularly compared to my original Sense. I don’t actually think Fitbit developers and software writes are doing anything to resolve customer issues such as this. The takeover by Google does not appear to have helped the Fitbit brand or customer.

I’ve had the same problem. Updated app, restarted etc, but the sync takes ages and never picks up sleep…

The same has happened for me. Full sleep stages appear, but no readiness or sleep score. I have noticed it happens after I charge my sense 2. The readiness and sleep score doesn’t register the first night after charging. But the nights after all is normal again.
