In 2023 I bought Fitbit Sense 2
From then, the sleep tile has been very sporadic.
No amount of tensioning or loosening of the strap has worked, neither has many restarts of the watch.
Can you please advise how this can be mended so I can use it in earnest?

When your body is completely at rest and you haven’t moved for about an hour, your device should record that you’re asleep. Keep in mind that there are some factors that may prevent your tracker from recording your sleep. Please make sure of the following:
