6 months have passed since the last update for the Sense 2, I think it would be pertinent for an update to come out to correct so many details in the software as well as implement so many requests that we have from users, will it be possible to release the new update soon?
Moderator edit: clarified subject.

Questions like this will never be answered by Fitbit that is very secretive about it.
My personal opinion is that Sense 2 / Versa 4 are already abandonedware and won't receive further updates. I would be happy to be wrong.

Wait until Sense 3 is out.

It does appear that Fitbit FW updates are few and far between. It's a shame when the competition are releasing updates on a regular basis and also providing extensive change logs.
Fitbit have never announced updates before time, so it's really just about waiting and hoping.

@N8teGee That’s the excitement of owning a Fitbit. You never know which features are coming or going.

I tend to think, that updates only happen when they are required, and not for new features. However, I have seen an ocaisional update to retired hardware. being the One, Flex 2, and Alta received updates long after their retirement.
Several newer models also received updated auto detected exercises, my sisters Inspire has started auto detecting walks and bike rides, but none I know off got any new features.

It seems to me that Sense 2 requires quite a lot of fixes starting with the unreliable HR.
