Start of day with 800 calories on Sense 2

In the evening a connect my sense 2 to the charger. Each day when I wake up my watch indicates around 850 calories already burned. How is this possible?

Hi @MarcVdm  - you might not be making the best use of your watch if you dont wear it overnight.

It does an estimate of your calories consumed during the night, because you are always burning calories, and if you wear it at night it can do that better.
