Hi @Fruitandnut.

Is it possible for you to post a picture of the issue here? Could it be that your selected clock face has an AOD mode? You could try swiping down on the clock face - tap on the settings icon - display - scroll down to always on display and make sure it's set to off. Also you could try changing clock faces (preferably to a Fitbit one) to see if that makes a difference?

@Fruitandnut   What is the name of this clock face?  There is another thread where users have a different issue with a clock face that has a Night Mode.  Knowing the name will help with troubleshooting.
