I need help! I was on a step streak that had spanned over 3.5 years (I was somewhere in the 1300+ days range when I checked in late July) and going strong. I did a recent app update, and it started my step streak over again even though I still have not missed a day! Now I have 4 consecutive days instead of the true number. This is really depressing as I was trying to get to 5 years. Is there any way to get my count back up to date?
Yesterday early afternoon (Aug. 12), my fitbit showed my step streak. After I completed the 10,000 steps, the step streak was gone. I have not done an app update, so that should not be the problem in my case.
Hi @rupicola ... after finally receiving the update yesterday and plucking up the courage to install it on my sense 2, I have also lost my 200+ day step steak! Did you manage to get yours back?
