I removed and put back in my Sim card. Now my steps are not records accurately. My time asleep record hours but not details. How can these issued be fixed? Fit bit seems to synced to my phone.

My best recommendation for you would be to check 'What are some tips to make sure my Fitbit daily activity is accurate?', since this will help you with this situation.
I also recommend you to restart the Sense 2 and let me know how it goes once you've done this.
