I am not able to close/stop the stopwatch funtion of my sense 2. I can only pause and not able to start a new stopwatch function.

If I go to "timers" I am slso not able to chose the countdown funtion.

How to reset this function?

I have reseted the fit-bit but nothng seams to help.

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @AnaGoncalvesE!

Whenever you've paused the stopwatch on your Sense 2, you should see a circular symbol above the time you've measured. Just tap that to reset your stopwatch.

Hi Talahthas,

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, tapping on the circular symbol
does not work. If i tap, nothing happens. restarting the fit-bit also does
not help.

Thanks for your feedback, @AnaGoncalvesE!

If you've paused and quit your device's stop watch, you'll have to start it again to make the circular reset symbol appear.

I am able to see the circular reset symbol but the screen does not react to
my touch. Also if i try to touch on the countdown, it does not work as
well.
I have decided to do a hard reset, hopefully it will help.

Thank you

You're welcome, @AnaGoncalvesE.

There's something weird with the Timer app on Versa 4 and Sense 2. I've already reported that to the team.
Thanks for having pointed that out.

I'm experiencing same issue/defect.  During a 30-minute support chat, I was told change watch faces, reboot, etc.  In the end, I was told to do a factory reset.  No thanks.
