I literally need someone to sit with me and teach me how to get the most out of my watch. I don’t want to get vibrates about stress management. How do I remove that? Let’s start there

how do I get text messages on my watch

phone calls? I used to get calls but not any more

Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity.

Hi @Jesscause  - just in case, did you pull down on the watch face and turn off all icons. If the watch is in sleep or do not disturb mode you won't get any notifications.

In the Fitbit App there are several places to adjust what things appear on the watch.

Click profile photo and notifications and look at what you allow to be sent.

Also click profile photo and device photo and Notifications and check they are set right, also click on App notifications on that screen.

In the Fitbit App main screen there are various tiles and each one has a gear cog icon that can configure the settings, have a look at those.

Which vibrates you don't want to get?

You can check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

Thank you for your advise @Guy_.
