Stress management tracking

The stress management is no longer working. used to have at least a couple of notifications a day but have had nothing for the last 5 days.  I think the watch did an update,, it crashed, reset and since then the stress management is not working.

Tap "Stress Management" tile in the Fibit App. Tap cog wheel in upper right corner. Is "Body Response" switch toggled "On"?

Yes it's switched on. I have toggled it a few times.to see if that makes a difference and it doesn't. It used to work well but since the crash / update it has not picked up any responses at all.

I have the same problem after reset/update. Contacted support, however, still no solution.
