Hi, I'm trying to change the wrist placement from right to left wrist in my Sense 2.  The only setting it has is dominant vs non-dominant.  Thanks for your help!   Justus

Hello @jusjusjus and welcome to the Community.  There are two places for wrist settings.  You mention the dominant/non-dominant setting.  This is a setting for normal wear.  It changes the sensitivity of the accelerometer and is important for trying to prevent overcounting or undercounting steps.  The ECG does a 30 second Lead I ECG.  Yes, polarity is important because Lead I looks at RA -> LA.  I set up my ECG some time ago.  The introduction asks you to choose your normal wrist that you wear it on.  This sets the polarity.

I wear mine on my left wrist, chose left wrist during ECG app setup.  My ECG reads normal sinus rhythm and has normal polarity.  Is yours showing reversed polarity?

With respect to the dominant/non-dominant setting, my odd quirk is that I have mixed hand dominance.  I write with my right hand, but my left hand is truly my dominant hand.

Regarding ECG, this seems to by displayed in the wrong polarization when worn on the left arm, but this might be a feature.

@jusjusjus   Fitbit's Help article doesn't have instructions.  Support might have an answer.  I agree, you shouldn't do a factory reset unless told to do so by Support.

I don't know if this will work and it's your choice.  You could try uninstalling the ECG app, then reinstalling it.  It might take you through the initial set up again.
