Stuck at Connected and Fitbit app update button not working

I brought my Sense 2 in Jan 2024.

Today I performed hard reset as I saw big red X whem restarting the watch. Note that I have remove Sense 2 from. Bluetooth and the App, log out my Fitbit account, and restart my iPhone.

 

When trying to add my Sense 2 to the App, it stucks at "Connected" and the Update button on the App is not working. I attach the photo. 

 

How to resolve this issue?

Hi there @Dudunk! Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thank you so much for informing us about this situation and for all your efforts.

I suggest you try to do the following:

1. Please sync your watch with the Fitbit app.

  • On the Today tab, tap the device icon > your device > Sync Now.

2. If Sync Now doesn't display an update banner, try the following: Open the Fitbit app, tap the device icon > your device > Gallery. The app should display a pop-up to install the missing apps and restore the device.

3. If the firmware update banner doesn't display please try to restart your Sense 2 again.
