Does anyone else notice that they're Heartrate really rises in the warm/hot summer months? I'm on the US East Coast and it gets really humid and in the triple digits. I noticed my heart rate in the upper 90's just standing around outside sometimes. Assuming this is an accurate reading, I was wondering if anyone else experiences this?

Hi @zolepso1.  Everyone does, because that one of the body's mechanisms to release heat.  Your body dilates skin blood vessels and increases your heart rate to bring more blood flow to the surface.  You release heat through sweating.  Please keep in mind that this can't work well when the heat index is over 100°.  It's hard to dissipate heat into an environment that is warmer than you.
