Sync Discrepancy Between Fitbit Device and App

​I am reaching out to report a synchronization issue between my Fitbit watch and the mobile application.

​I have noticed that the data on my watch does not match the data displayed in the app, specifically regarding daily steps and active hours. For example, my watch recently showed that I completed 12/12 active hours, but the app only recorded 11/12 for the same day.

​I have tried syncing the device manually, but the discrepancy remains. Could you please advise on how to ensure the app accurately reflects the real-time data from my watch.

Hi @Muffin75 - this is a common problem that can happen when the Google servers adjusts your steps randomly. It's very annoying but a couple of manual syncs may get the steps correct through the active hours can still be out and you can't fix that.
