Hi @JoostS - the old version 3 Fitbit App would sync automatically but if you are using the current V4 version it can be problematic, and also if your settings aren't correct - see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? to get your settings right.

Best Answer@JoostS @MB757 I have a Sense 2 and have to manually sync with the App every time using the ‘pull down of the screen’ method on my phone when the App is open! I don’t personally think anything will change on that front in the short term unfortunately as I don’t see it as a bug ticket being worked on.
