I'm new to Fitbit and this forum, but I've searched a lot on my issue.
I can connect my brand new Sense 2 (FW 1.184.52) to the Fitbit app. Then it syncs once.
When I open the app next time, it says "Gathering your data" and then "Sync is taking a while. Sit tight..." and then "Couldn't sync your Sense 2. Fix it".
Restarting BT, the Fitbit app, the phone and Sense 2 doesn't help.
If I remove Sense 2 from the app, force quit the app, restart the phone and add Sense 2 to the app, it syncs again, but only once. This is not acceptable.
Has also:
- Reset network settings (including BT) on the phone
- Removed all other BT devices from the phone
- Reinstalled the app
- Checked all other points in this list Tips for Syncing with your Android
Please help me how to proceed.
My phone is Oneplus 8T on Android 13 since 2 days ago, had the same problem with Android 12 before that.

@SunsetRunner , I quickly read through all the troubleshooting you've done, I didn't see "Factory Reset"? If you have not done so, do one before contacting customer service.

Thank you.
Have done a factory reset of both watch and mobile.
Synchronizes sometimes spontaneously even if I don't open the app. Manual sync sometimes works but mostly not. Sometimes the data is transferred from watch to app, but it says it hasn't been synced for a long time.
I don't trust data in the app.
Wondering if Sense 1 or Charge 5 might work better?

Just for the record
Have returned the watch, as the synchronization sucks.
I have both a Polar heart rate watch and a Garmin golf watch. Both of these work well
