The ECG app is not working on my Sense 2

Hello I'm new to this, I have been given a fitbit sense 2 and have take my ecg on it using my fingers on two corners like it says.

I have done this a few times but now I can't get it at all. It says download app as its not on my watch but I know l had it and used it. I tried anyway to download the app but it says not available in this country.  I'm in England.  What happened

I've tried what I think he meant no luck, just don't understand why its not working when it did before. Not really good with this sort of thing . Got it for my birthday so feel bad for my brother who got it for me. Especially because of the ecg

I guess I'll just use what I have, still get a reading just not a reading at the time I might want by using my fingers on the dial.

Hello again @MarreFitbit just thought I'd let you know for some reason I thought I would try to take my ecg again using my fingers. 

Don't know why as it didn't work at all yesterday or last night and I've done nothing different but it worked just now. So it looks like its going to work only when it feels it wants to.
