Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Sense 2.
If you haven't done so already, I'd suggest trying to see if restarting your device will get things fixed. To do so, please first sync your Sense 2 with your Fitbit app to not lose any data tracked so far. Then keep your device's button pressed for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display.
