Hey, everyone,
So for a few months now I've had this annoying issue where I basically can't change any of the settings on my Fitbit. Currently it has Do not disturb, sleep mode, screen wake and brightness all highlighted. (tbh I'm not sure wether there all functioning) I can't change anything. I have tried resetting it with no success, but I may not have done it right as it comes up with the red X.
It still works fine the only annoying issue is that I now have to press the button all the time to see the time.
Any ideas would be great.

Hi @jack0194 - you may be able to fix that from the Fitbit App, use the Quick view setting and sync to change it.
Basically the watch OS has become corrupted and needs a factory reset using the button.
You can always chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support for help with that.
