Unread Indicator not working on Sense 2

Hi Lizzy,

I also have a problem of unread indicators, my sense 2 can't show the unread indicators , although i have turn on at the setting and i have also restart the watch but it still cant show the indicator. Do you have any idea for this problem ?

I can also confirm similar experience to @kenman2000. Have activated unread notifications indicator since first day device received (launch day) and despite several restarts I have never seen a single unread indicator. I actually don’t even know what one looks like as it seems to have never functioned.

Please could you look into this as a potential bug fix being required?

I've moved your posts to this new thread as it seems you're having a different issue. Thanks for the steps tried prior to posting and I'm sorry for this inconvenience. As you may know, this indicator will be displayed at the bottom of the clock face as long as you have an unread notification. That being said, may I know if your Sense 2 is receiving all your notifications? Does the Unread Indicator toggle stay on in the Settings app?

If you haven't done so, please give a try to the following:

1. Turn off the Unread Indicator.
2. Change the clock face
3. Restart your watch one more time
4. Turn the indicator back on and let me know how it goes afterward.

I have just got the sense 2 and mine also doesn’t show an unread notification indicater. I do get notifications on to device but nothing in the bottom on the clock face i have done what you suggested

Every time I turn it off when I go back in it’s back on without me clicking it

Anyone have any luck with this? I have the option selected in settings but have yet to see the dot/indicator at the bottom of the clock face for unread notifications.

Others experience welcome! Hopefully someone knows how to get it working. Is it only some clockfaces maybe?

I've seen the option, it's turned on but I haven't got a clue what to expect. Usually when I get a new new message I will see it. I really have to 'not look at it when I get a notification' to see if it works. I'll try the upcoming days.

I tried your solution. Not only has it failed, but also the toggle button ALWAYS comes back to ON whenever I check it after disabling it!

Thanks for your continued reports. This issue has been escalated to our team and they're working to bring a solution to all our affected members. I'm sorry you're not able to use this feature on your Sense 2. Your feedback is appreciated and while there isn't a time frame, I'll update this thread as soon as I have more information from them.

I would be curious to see a pic of what we're supposed to get, just to have evidence that this is not a "ghost" feature... 🙂

Unread notifications never worked till the first day,also the vibration setted on strong is really weak for the notifications but is strong for the “how are u feeeling?” Stuff…and dunno why🤷🏻‍:male_sign:

I think they have escalated this issue to the ehm “team” Month ago,nothing happens🤷🏻‍:male_sign:
