Unresponsive "Other exercises" button on Sense 2

I'm trying to start a Hike exercise.  I go to start exercises, tap "All" to get the full list.  I see the 4 most common exercises, but when I scroll down to 'Other exercises', tapping on the button does nothing.  Restarting the Sense 2 does nothing.

This is extremely frustrating.

Thanks for explaining your situation with the exercise app using your Sense 2.

I was able to confirm you contacted support via chat and they were able to provide you with a solution, if you have any other questions or concerns, my best recommendation would be to contact them.
