I am using Fitbit user in Germany, but I want to use it in English language.
Can you please explain, how to achieve this?

@Ritesh_Ruler , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message.
The Fitbit will overtake the language from the device it was last sync with. Meaning, if your phone/tablet is in German, after syncing the Sense 2 it will be displayed in German.
Try changing the language of your phone .

No, it does not take language from the device. My device language is English.
Best AnswerThen, why we have option of selecting of Location? Better we have a an option of Language.

@Guy_ Thank you for your help.
@Ritesh_Ruler , Thank you for your reply!
As the device didn't overtake the language on your phone. Try the steps described by Guy_ . If you have difficulties with these try the following :
Go to Fitbit.com and log in.
Click on the settings (gear icon upper right corner).
Under Personal Settings search for LANGUAGE BY REGION/COUNTRY
Here you can choose English . Either for Europe, UK, Australia, etc.
Don forget to press Submit to save the changes.
Then try to sync your Sense 2 with your Fitbit App
The option for region/country is there as the language is not always the same. British English is different from American English, and Swiss German is different from German in Germany or Austria.
We appreciate your feedback, as this will help us improve our services and products.

Best AnswerIt gives only option of selection of Country and Language is automatically changed to German. It does not give 2 different options of Country and Language.
This is a basic problem users face, when the Product Owners do not understand how Localization works.
It is really upsetting that such a basic feature is developed that makes the complete product unusable for the user.

Thanks for getting back to us and for your feedback @Ritesh_Ruler.
You can always check help article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
Best AnswerI asked about localization and you have replied regarding time.
It shows correct time, but it is not in English.
How can I use Fitbit in Germany with English language? Does Fitbit and apps does not care about country in which it is used?

Thanks for getting back to us @Ritesh_Ruler.
The help article I sent you has location instructions. Fitbit cares about the country in which it is used. That's why it appears in German.
If the location is set as Germany, the device will remain in German if your phone is in English.
