Warning: Don’t buy a fitbit

My Sense 2 was purchased just 13 months ago and has already completely fallen apart (sensors on the back have popped off) and is no longer syncing properly. Additionally since purchasing the app has gone so downhill. When I reached out to support they were thoroughly unhelpful. Would love to hear if anyone had found a solution to the sensors falling off and the syncing being glitchy.  I’d like to get a bit more life out of my watch, but next time I will be purchasing an Apple Watch. Fit Bit has been disappointing.

Hi @Libri - if the watch is still working the face can be glued back on and a phone repair shop may be able to help with that delicate operation.

If it was still under warranty it could have been replaced.

If you look in the forums you will see others with the same opinions about the app and syncing and if you are on Android and look in internet you may find the older unofficial V3 Fitbit App available which still works fine.
