I bought my watch almost a year ago and a week ago it was stuck on the startup screen even after a hard reset. ANything I do and i still get stuck at the same place. I tried contacting chat support but it isnt working for me either. I dont know if im still under warranty but I would like to know what I should do now.

Sad to hear that your Sense 2 isn't working as expected. Thanks for having taken the time trying to get things fixed by yourself.
