We miss challenges .

I don't need help. I just really want Step Challenges with friends back.

 I would think you would want the Product Feedback rather then User Support. I think most of us miss the Challenges. My favorite was Bingo

In the mean time. Some of us have been using Stridekick . They offer challenges and sync up with Fitbit.

Yes as @Rich_Laue mentions, Stridekick is pretty much the only viable alternative. It's somewhat lacking if you are after a replacement for the Fitbit Bingo challenge, but it seems fine for step challenges. The added bonus being that you can have challenges with your friends across other platforms as it supports a whole range of devices (Fitbit, Apple Watch, Garmin, Samsung etc).
