Welcome to the Community, @Libraryladie and @AshleyC..
Thanks for letting me know about your Sense 2 and the steps tried on your own. To work on this together, may I know if the rest of your details are syncing and displaying correctly? I understand you check the location but did you make sure is set to Always or All the time?
Assuming this is correct, let's try reconnecting your watch to your account:
Once that is done, on the Fitbit app tap your profile picture > Sense 2 > Gallery > Weather and make sure all permissions are enabled. Please note the Fitbit app must remain running in the background of your phone to get this data updated.

Hi,
i am also affected by the problem and have already posted it here (Sense 2 Firmware Update 1.184.52 - page 2), also in the german-speaking forum and communicated the problem directly with the support team.
There are severeal threads for example here on this and the german-speaking forum about the issue.
Quote:
"After installing Firmware 1.184.52 and updating the Fitbit App to version 3.71, the weather on the watch no longer syncs.
All necessary permission for the Firbit App and Weather App are set correcly.
I've tried reinstalling the Fitbit App, but that didn't help either.
The only thing that helps to sync the weather again is to stop the Fitbit App and start it again. I set up a task in Tasker that does this at a certain interval in the background, but that's only a temporary solution."
End of Quote
They are working on a solution as the told me
and here is the email response from the Fitbit support team dated December 5th:
Hi Markus,
Thank you for your email and your efforts in this case. We are sorry for the late reply.
We appreciate you letting us know about this issue. We’re aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.
We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.

@LizzyFitbit Can you confirm that the problem has already been reported, because several people here are affected by this issue.
BR,
Markus

What you suggested worked for today. I'll check in the morning and see if it automatically syncs. All permissions were on. This is my 3rd fitbit, never had this problem with the others.

@Libraryladie hey there,
if you stop the app, the weather will only be updated for a certain amount of time. It is quite normal that the weather is no longer up-to-date in the morning.
I use Tasker (app) with root access, which makes it possible to automatically quit the Fitbit app in the background every hour. The Fitbit app itself then restarts automatically.
@AshleyC. hey, thanks for your input, but for me it's not possible to uninstall the weather app. I'm thinking that you mean you have uninstalled the tile of the app and reinstalled it. I have also tried that, but for me the weather was only updating for a certain amount of time.
BR,
Markus
