Weird start up screen

Hi when I try to start up the sense 2 I just bought as a new without box off ebay all I get is what looks like a qr code with a red strip at bottom of screen ( turned blue once charged) if I scan the code it just is a list of numbers  and  nothing I've tried resolves this ( reset/ sync etc ) any ideas

Mine is 2 1/2 hours off, and the clock actually doesn’t even move or change time anymore. Earlier today it was on the wrong day. I somehow got that fixed by sinking I think I don’t really want to have to do a factory reset sorry no answers for you.
