Got in touch with the watch face developer the stars are for goal completed (10000 steps). I got a little scared as they were blinking next to the heart. Sometimes smartwatches may cause anxiety!

Hello @Hembaba and welcome to the Community.  It's hard to guess without knowing the name of that clock face.  But it could be your live heart rate, based on its position on the clock face.  But it should be described in the clock face details.  Tap on your profile picture > Sense 2 tile > Gallery.  Keep the slider bar on Sense 2 and select that clock face from your 'My Clocks' section.  Swipe up and tap on See all details.  The developer should have given a full description.
