Just did breathing test and followed instruction on the screen, got message “alignment low”, I waited a bit and did another test, this time alignment was high.
can somebody tell me which one is good?

If you aligned your breathing with the guide, you'll get High Alignment, otherwise you'll see Low Alignment.

Hello @Lanagey and welcome to the Community. High alignment is preferred. This Fitbit Blog article was released when the feature was new. (That's a Charge 2 in the photos.) Presumably, you reap more of the benefits with higher alignment.
