Where is ALEXA Voice Assistant?

My watch says to set up on the App. There is absolute NO Voice Assistant on the app to do this.

It's part of the setup process when you set up your device.

Do you have an Amazon account and is it signed in to Alexa? Any Amazon app should work. That might trigger it to set Alexa up.

Yeah I have prime and everything. But how would that get fitbit to connect to it? Sorry just so confused on this issue.
