Why have heart rate zones been moved and replaced by words like “vigorous?”

Why did they move heart rate zones from workout data and replace it with “vigorous, light, moderate” etc??? It was great how it was, and this was a totally pointless change. Who keeps changing the interface? Total garbage now. Sleep and workout were my favorite features and now my Fitbit sucks.

@Buzner   This change isn't pointless.  The CDC and WHO changed changed their activity recommendations several years ago.  Both the CDC and WHO recommend "moderate" and "vigorous" activity or a combination of the two to meet activity recommendations.  CDC Activity Recommendations for Adults  The CDC and WHO made this change in 2018.  The Fitbit app is now consistent with recommendations.

BTW, Fitbit's active zone minutes correspond to the updated heart rate zones.  This is why vigorous and peak minutes count 2x as moderate minutes.

Then they should add it in elsewhere. If I want to know what the cdc recommends I can look it up.
