Just “up-graded” to Sense 2 as battery in my old Scene was only lasting a day or less. At the gym today, I see there are no music controls to alter volume on my phone. My smart watch has become slightly dumb. How do I add to the votes for this to be added back as a feature?

I understand why you think this about the changes between the Sense and Sense 2, but there are some options you might need to consider.

Although the Sense 2 does not have the option to control all types of media files, you have the option of using YouTube Music Control. You basically have all you need with this app when it comes to playing music from your phone. Please feel free to check this article to understand how it works.

You can also support this suggestion that is requesting exactly what you want to see.
