Hi @TeresaD2 - During all that troubleshooting it's possible to undo things.

Please check your Device's Notifications and inside App notifications again and pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and make sure all icons are off.

Then restart both watch and phone and try syncing again.

Hi

Thanks very much for your reply. From your advise I turned off the quick setting icons and basically did everything from new again. It's working for now but the problem seems to happen every time I recharge my watch. I did not charge it last night and every has remained okay, I also removed the scheduled night time mode just Incase. I have spent almost 2 hours every day on the blooming thing trying to get it going. For now it's working again. Thank you

I have figured out what the issue is. Every time I put the fitbit on silent mode the entire app needs to be reset. I have to go into settings on my phone, app, Fitbit, app notifications, permissions, go into each individual permission and set allow. I then have to go to Fitbit and log back in as new. I will just have to leave my watch in another room at night time to avoid all this extra work trying to get notifications to work.
