"missing" apps on watch.

This is the second time I have run into this problem. I am missing quite a few of the apps on my watch (sp02, ecg, and eda scan) There was no update on my phone, firmware on watch is 60.20001.184.52. I had to go through a lengthy phone call with FB support last time and it was reset and they would not reinstall immediately. I had to wait about 10 minutes after the reset to be able to reinstall. During attempts to install the apps into the watch it says "unable to install, install failed, please try again later"

Is anyone else having this issue? I'm extremely frustrated with quite a few things on this watch, I had a Versa before and enjoyed that there were 3rd party apps. The fact the sense 2 gps is as God awful as it is is basically useless for any kind of running, and this app issue is just pushing me to go with Garmin instead of FB. Premium was a waste of money if I keep having these issues.

Hi @Seventhes - the only app you can install on a Sense 2 is the "find my phone" which curiously isn't installed by default like the rest of them after a factory reset.

With the new app there are things that don't work or are as slick as the previous version which is frustrating many users. See "The redesigned Fitbit app is rolling out!" topic in the appropriate iOS or Android app forums along with the other unhappy users where you will see more fully the issues.

The other apps that I stated above, were installed and randomly were uninstalled. I am unable to install them again.

@Seventhes - a factory reset will install the latest firmware and all available apps, except find my phone, when you set it up.

Okay. Thank you. I guess my question is why is this happening? Randomly needing to factory reset and reset up my Fitbit is not a great UX.

@Seventhes - the new software is not as well tested as on the older slicker watches probably.

Which is very disappointing. Thank you for your time
