That is not normal - even though you can only expect 4 days with the latest firmware which includes the SpO2 tracker app.
You can check the usual solutions but in all probability it may be faulty.
Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

if you turned on always show for clock face this cuts the power down for the battery(all these things I discus the watch and apps tell you as you do it that it cutting down battery life.) if you installed new apps this will also lower the % of how long it lasts. If you choose a nicer clock face from the gallery that display a lot of information this drastically cuts the battery % down if you choose to do the exercise like run and walk the GPS kicks on and records your tracking this can drain a full battery in 12 hour period if you created short cuts for taping on the watch this could effect battery life as well to get huge battery times out of the watch you need to use it as a minimalist but in my opinion WHY! I like to use all the features sept I have not gotten a nice clock face yet I know how much they drain the battery and i don't find i need every piece of info showing at one time anyways. Every Morning I put my watch on the charger i go take a shower or a soaking bath then i go get my watch it always at 100% ready for the day.

Using the SimpleClockkDuo watch face fully with SpO2 but without GPS or Always on, it lasts over 4 days, as can be seen by the watch log.
It only takes an hour or so to charge fully.
Example scroll bar in SimpleClockDuo.
This is a normal watch behavior - charging every day should not be necessary, unless the watch is faulty or there is something really wrong.
