I had a Versa 2 for years, and it stopped giving me a sleep score, so I thought it was finally time to upgrade... Got my new Sense on July 10th (8 days ago), and I'm still not getting a sleep score! Also, my new Sense does not have a "6 day battery life" as I've already had to charge it 4 times in 8 days! Should I just go back to my Versa 2, or does anyone have a "fix" for me?!

Hi @hidemh - if you have snore detection and are using the SpO2 tracker app [in the Fitbit App Gallery tile, it's there by default] they can use as much as 4 days of the battery life.
Look for other features and settings in How to resolve the Major issues causing short battery life.
Your missing sleep score may because of your sleep patterns or a glitch in the Fitbit App.
On Android, logout of the app, clear the storage cache and force stop it and see if that makes an improvement for the future.
