Hi my Sense watch stopped charging, the battery died in May 2022 and i have not been able to charge it since then. I have contact customer service and follow the troubleshooting steps and no solution. This is my second Fitbit device with same issue, first it happen to my Versa watch and had to replace it due to this issue and upgraded to the Sense and now the Sense is not working.
I have been a Fitbit customer for over 10 years and I'm disappointed with the quality for the price i paid for this devices. Customer service indicated that my Sense was out of warranty and can only offer 35% discount for replacement. I find this unacceptable and would like some resolution.

From what I’ve seen, they are pretty firm with the warranty policy. I hope you’re an exception.
