I made an order for 3 Fibit senses on 6 March 2022 under ionic recall offer and I had been charged full amount on 7 March 2022. The status shows that the items are ready to shipped on 7 March 2022.
Contacted the customer help several times, they keep saying the respective team will send me a reply which never arrive. It has been almost a month, IS FITBIT a scam?
How could I escalate the case or report this fraud transaction?
